Grace Christian Schools (Grace) is a nonprofit public benefit corporation incorporated in the State of California on June 30, 2006. The Internal Revenue Service issued Grace a determination letter in August 2012 recognizing it as tax-exempt under Internal Revenue Code (IRC) Section 501(c)(3). Donors can deduct contributions they make to Grace as provided in IRC Section 170. 

Grace facilitates the development and distribution of educational materials and programs locally and worldwide free of charge and without discrimination of any kind to the extent such are available for such use. Grace also provides certificates of completion to students who complete the requirements of approved educational programs. 

There is never a charge of any kind for any service or educational materials or programs provided by Grace and/or it's ministry partners.
